Dear PFC Edward Lindley Van Horn, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

    With respect, Sir

  • Good Memories of Eddy

Eddy lived a few blocks away and attended the same schools as I did until graduation. After that, all of us seemed to scatter to the four winds. I am saddened to hear from his old friend, Tom Chapman, that he died in VietNam not long after he arrived. My condolences to his loved ones for the loss of this good man.
